Was seen very quickly because the staff recognized my problem right away and started treatment. Test were done, EKG, BLOODWORK< & X-RAY. Dr insisted I go to Sentera ER asap. where a was immediately admitted with Congestive Heart Failure. The most surprising thing was when the staff called me at 9:00 the next morning to check on me. Sorry I did not get the staff's names but Sentera kept the paperwork. I was beginng to think that good patient care had disappeared, but I guess it was just being hidden at your facility. Thank you, RICHARD E. CASSAT (SEEN JUN 23 @ 6:30 pm)

All the staff were friendly. But I was abandoned that everything is going on to get money from the patients. If you stepped in the building you have to pay at least $ 130.00, even no practitioner see you. I have expected more reasonable policies.

Went to the facility early in the morning followed all the touch screen prompts. After four other individuals who came after us we had asked the feont desk what the issue was. They claimed we never checked in. Did attempt two and the screen said "touch here to finish". Touched that portion and went back to the home screen. Exact repeat of what just happened. Front end clerks obviously have no care or responsibility to ensure a fluid process. Would rather deal with E.R. bills and wait time then deal with them again.

Staff was not sanitizing chairs or areas where people had occupied. There is a pandemic going on. The hand sanitizer stations were completely empty and one of the patients had to actually ask that they be refilled. Unacceptable! I was very uncomfortable with my visit there not only because of the long 3 and a half hour wait but because of the lack of prevention in making sure people do not catch this virus. I was not happy with the nurse, either. She rushed me into a room, hurriedly took my vitals and left. I never saw her again. Not a good experience at all!!!

From the friendly receptionist, nurse, x-ray tech and doctor, they all showed me professionalism and compassion. I would recommend this medical facility if you're hurt and in pain.

My second time there as a patient was an entirely different experience. This time I felt it was all about money. There’s a fee for weekend visit and another separate fee for after 5 pm. I wasn’t immediately billed when I left. They expected me to leave some form of payment for later billing which I REALLY didn’t like. Staff and quality of care was outstanding, it’s just there billing process I’m not happy with. They are close to home but won’t be my first choice.

They really should change the name, "patient" is last on their list. Perhaps "Money" First? Had an eye-opening experience here, and never saw a doctor! Overpriced, went elsewhere. Would not recommend.
