My experience was terrible I guess they forgot the oath they took. As you may notice their hours are listed till 10 pm 7 days a week, I was experiencing an asthma attack I quickly looked online to see if there was an emergency walk in clinic near-by and I when I saw they were opened till 10 I rushed down there and arrived just past 8:30 the nurse came to the door asked me what was wrong and I explained I was having an asthma attack she quickly replied that they were closed and pointed to a small sign on the door and refused help. The whole experience from front door in, to front door out, was excellent. The doctor was so thorough and his bedside manners so pleasant that I am still impressed. Nurses and receptionist exceptional also. Sick but so very impressed. (This from a retired RN) 🤗. Great job.

The only reason I rate it 2 stars instead of 1 is that the receptionists are very sweet and take the time to actually talk to you. I went in last night because I had a rash developing on my ankle and spreading towards the top of my foot. The Dr. came in and after only 2 minutes of being there expressed that it was a contact dermatitis issue. I felt misdiagnosed because she only felt the rash once and immediately came to that conclusion without a backwards glance. I had told her I had tried anti-itch cream before as well as many other topicals. I have since taken the cream but it has not worked for me I have applied it twice and still had severe itching as if I hadn't even used it. I think it's disgusting that they see they're patients as a number as I've had multiple incidents like this. It's not worth the money to come here and a luck of the draw if you get an actual good doctor. I have since gotten an appointment with my primary care doctor and am taking anti fungal cream until then. I also was supposed to get a flu shot while I was there but never received nor was I charged. It's like they forgot completely about it.

Every time I go, the doctors and staff have been friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help me. Some days are busier than others which will affect wait times no matter where you are. But they've been one of the first doctors in the area to actually listen to me.

They do not care about the patient nor the well being of the patient. Even after you complain to someone higher up they still blow you off and refuse to help. It is pretty sad when you have to go to another urgent care place to get proper care.
