One star is not low enough for this location. I understand that we are living in different times but that is no excuse to be completely negligent. I took my child here with a 103.9 fever and they ran every test from covid, to flu, to mono and strep, took blood work and a urine sample and deemed she had just some random virus but not sure which one so just hydrate and Motrin/tylenol. My 7year old was given a dip test with bloodwork clearly indicating a bacterial infection. I left and got a second opinion right away at Express Care and was quickly informed that she has a urinary tract infection. I called patient first back to let them know and the nurse was completely nonchalant and didn't offer an apology. Instead she defended herself by saying well they must have did a different test. We do the dip stick and not a urinalysis. I was told that my daughter had some random virus and was sent home.....They are clearly incompetent at this location. Never again will I trust patient first. I would have been taking a trip to the ER because my daughter had a bad UTI!! And they couldn't even admit they where wrong.

I had a paronychia on my finger but I was afraid that all the clinics would be super busy dealing with COVID-19. After eight days I could take it no longer and I went to Patient First. All of the staff were masked, wearing gowns and gloves and face shields. They gave me a mask to put on first thing. I have never been there before so I had to register but the process was easy and took less than five minutes. They were very familiar with my insurance and assured me that everything would be covered. The nurse and a Doctor Who attended me we’re both very polite, professional, and thorough. After having my issue attended to I was able to get my prescription filled on site and avoid another trip to the pharmacy. I would happily go back in the future!

This place is so slow it’s crazy. Even if there aren’t that many patients in the back. You can pretty much count on if you say the words cough, cold or pain there will be a x-ray. Which makes everything move even slower. Why get a chest x-ray without the dr even coming in and listening to the chest. Maybe it would be better if they had 1 or 2 more doctors to help out. If any of you bones hurt they will x-ray yet again then put you in a boot or something else. Then call you later to say you should probably see ortho. I’m saying maybe if there were 3-4 doctors it wouldn’t be as bad as it is. Hopefully

Terrible experience. Waiting room had some type of body fluid on carpet and on floor. No one cleaned up. The Physician Assistant was very rude and diagnosed my wife completely wrong. Her recommendation was to go to emergency room! We never saw a doctor despite PA saying it could be a diabetic emergency! My wife speaks good English but the PA spoke very fast in medical lingo. She then insulted us by asking if I spoke Spanish. When I said no, PA rolled her eyes in an insulting manner!!! Wow!!! My wife was not offered nauseous medicine despite throwing up all night. I had to ask for it for my wife!!! Recommendation - don’t go here, go to the emergency room where they have a brain!! Funny, that’s what they recommend too!!!!
