Absolute shit show of a clinic. All of the front desk ladies were very nice and professional. I have nothing against them at all. My issue is with the doctors. After my 66year old father came in for a persistent cough, an incompetent doctor named : young k Kim was quick to diagnose him with a common cold and gave him a cough suppressant. Mind you, my father had been coughing for 11 days and has a deficient immune system. 2days go by with no improvement so we go back for a follow up visit. This time a doctor named: abdulwahab heggi screened my fathers chest for an X-ray and found heavy signs of PNEUMONIA. abdulwahab heggi then gave my father antibiotics and a 3 day sick leave from work. Mind you my father IS 66 YEARS OLD. And battling PNEUMONIA for 13 days. Only to be given a measly 3 day sick leave note. If it wasn’t for our persistence, I would’ve lost my father to this sickness. These doctors are not only inadequate. I deem them as unprofessional, incompetent and idiotic. Please for the love of god….stay away from this place.

Long story short: my temperature was 101, my blood pressure 176/119, I showed up to this location because I had just passed out at work and my employer specifically requested that I get a doctor's note to excuse me for the next two or three days. I was throwing up at work AND threw up in the patient first lobby bathroom as well. They literally had to get me a wheel chair to take me to their hospital bedroom because I could barely walk. The doctor assigned to me wanted to give me an EKG and all these other lab tests that I literally could not afford because I'm already drowning in medical bills. She was irritated that I wouldn't pay for additional tests so she refused me a doctor's note... She said she "didn't feel comfortable issuing a note when she doesn't know my actual medical condition". I was baffled. This has never happened to me before and I was CLEARLY sick outta my mind, I had snot tears and throw up running down my shirt for Christ's sake. So I called my employer and put her on speaker phone, at the very least I wanted the doctor to tell my employer that she was refusing to give me a note. This place is a joke. A sick, cruel joke! Poor customer service and money hungry tactics. Will never return to this location as long as I live.
