I was told by the receptionist when I first arrived that they would be able to perform blood work. I waited for a really long time to be seen and was then told by the provider that they were not capable of performing blood work. I felt as though I wasted a lot of valuable time. The staff was friendly and the provider did apologize for the receptionist's ignorance.
