I really can't say as I was not taken care of because my blood pressure was high

I had been dealing with earache for almost a week, and a coworker recommended Patient Plus in Brussels,La , which was the best Devin I ever made. I schedule online with ease, no wait time, was called to the back almost immediately. Staff was great, very welcoming and open to listening to my complaints. I was quickly assessed by Cody, NP, diagnosed, and prescriptions sent to my local pharmacy. I was headed home in 15 minutes. I will definitely be returning for all of my healthcare needs. This clinic gets an A+. All of the staff members were amazing!

There was no diagnosis for either of my kids and the doctor asked me what did I want her to prescribe them as if I’m a doctor. Paid $100 and still have no idea what’s going on

Scheduling and check-in were super easy. The nurse who called me back was friendly. The nurse practitioner rushed through my visit. The only question he asked was when did my symptoms start and if I needed a note for work. As he was walking out of the room I asked him to stop and asked how my throat looked and did I need a strep test. I came in for a sore throat so that was something that I was concerned about. He said no and left. I waited and a different lady came in, handed me discharge papers, told me my tests were negative and pointed to the paper showing me that prescriptions were sent in. She didn’t say the name of the prescriptions or what they were for and she left just as quick as she came in. I wasn’t able to ask any questions and I was never told what I was diagnosed with. I don’t know who the lady was, I’m not sure if she was a nurse, doctor, nurse practitioner, janitor, office manager, I have no clue. This was the worst doctor visit, I felt extremely unseen and unheard. I will never go back to this place again.

Started with what I believed to be an UTI. Lots of pain! Scheduled online, went in and was called back within 5 minutes. Treated, prescription sent to my drug store and on my way in no time. Excellent service from the time I walked in until the time I walked out! Thank y’all so much for the care shown to me and my medical situation!

Lakeshia was very kind and attentive to listen to my issues. You can tell by her presence that she truly wanted to help me get well.

Easier than going to my regular physician.  Doctor was friendly and thorough. Jisnbedside manner was good. Inwoild recommend. Much better than the first time I went there.

Woke up this morning not feeling well , so I decided to go to patient urgent care , checked in online got there had a little wait because they were busy .went to the back got diagnosed and left to go home . They are very good great bedside manner everyone is so friendly .. highly recommend
