Their website lists four sites that see patients with Covid symptoms. They guide you to make an appointment and text "I'm Here" when you arrive. The sign out front says the same. However, when we arrived, they said that they could not see my husband because they could not be exposed to him. If your decision is that you don't want to see covid risk patients, state that on your site. Don't make sick people register, leave the house, follow your rules --only to be told --extremely rudely --that they can't see you because you are a risk. They said that we can call corporate office about the website as they have no control and go to hospital if we feel he is sick. HORRIBLE PLACE --extremely unprofessional!
