Needed to have my ears flushed out, because I had an appointment to get my new hearing aids this afternoon!! Thanks so much for your great staff Renee Pimental and your expertise !!!!!

Scheduling of the appointment was easy. The care and staff were great. My only complaint is the check in process. While I understand that there are regulations in place to prevent the spread of disease, I do find it very tedious to have to call back and forth in order to check in (took a total of 3 phone calls). Had my vitals checked and then sent back outside. Not having a waiting room and having to wait outside/in my car is annoying.

It was so easy to schedule online for both of my kids. The great thing is I booked them 15 minutes from each other, but they still took both of my kids and I in at the same time and were able to take care of both of them together. Doctor was very nice. Loved her kindness we were in and out within 35 minutes for both of my kids.

All of the staff were awesome. Everyone cared about my situation, from the receptionist to the Dr. The level of communication was incredible. Wish I could make that place my primary.

The staff was great and trying to explain everything to me but I thought it was just so ridiculous I had a covid test and everything and still was not led to go in and be checked by a doctor I don't understand how a doctor can diagnose you over the phone. Especially when I'm talking about that I'm having trouble with my stomach and I have concerns I would and still would not see me they charged me $45 because she called me after to ask me some questions which was ridiculous to me that was just a waste of money I could have bought groceries with that money I put gas in my car if I would have known that I was going to have a phone visit I do not do phone visits. I did let them know that I did not want a phone visit and still they charged me for it I think that's a total scam myself.

This Urgent care is great. Great staff, very helpful and friendly.Everything went very smooth.

My kid had a cough for a few days and when I called they were able to get me an appointment for that same day. When we arrived they started the check in process (health questionnaire, covid/flu test...) Our appointment was at a time and didn't get into the clinic until an hour later. Once inside the wait to see the doctor was short. All the staff was friendly and had answers to all my questions.

I am always happy with the doctors they are always very thorough. Great bedside manners, funny and caring. The staff was great also. Easy to make appointments. Convenient location. Check-in is super easy. They take what they do serious and with great attitude. Elroma David was a pleasure.
