I only reason I gave this Peachtree Immediate Care Emory Healthcare One start is because you can not give them ZERO stars in the review. I had made an appointment to have a Covid test online my appointment was confirmed by them via text and email for Friday at 8:30 am When I showed up for my appointment on time, I was !5 minutes early to the scheduled appointment as requested, the place was closed and no staff was present.The location did NOT have a sign indicating that it was CLOSED. I waited for 20 minutes, since I had the 8:30 am appointment and I thought maybe the staff was running late, this was not the first appointment that could be scheduled for the day. No one showed up after to do the Covid testing in the outside tent. I also went to the front doors of the clinic and they were locked. At around 12 noon I received a text from this business that they were sorry that i missed my appointment and if I wanted to rescheduled. I did NOT miss my appoint. I will never use these Emory clinics again and I will not recommend them to anyone.

I went there for COVID testing. We waiting about 2-3 hours in the parking lot on a hot day. I had to pay $175.00 for my daughter because of no insurance but I just got a bill from them for $30 after they ran it through my insurance. They charged me $275 for an office visit. The COVID test was free. I never saw a doctor, I never stepped foot in an office, they never did any vitals or ask me anything. How in the heck can they charge for an office visit? That is robbery!

The system sent me to a different location for COVID testing first, then had to drive 30 min to get to this location. Upon arrival, the drive up testing portion was closed, so I stepped inside where I was immediately stopped and told they’re only seeing patients outside. It seems they had just started lunch 1 minute prior even though there is no lunch break time listed anywhere. I’m being forced to wait an entire hour, and even then may not get a test because it’s raining. Worst organization I’ve ever experienced, especially during a pandemic.

Friendly and efficient Doctors & nurses, however the billing dept is fraud. I was there only to have my blood pressure check which took 5 mins & they sent me a bill of $427 , with $289 deducted form my card & rest to insurance. Never bothered to send a bill to me. While checking in , I had asked the lady at the counter to provide estimate, for which they made 100 excuses & swiped me card. I never expected them to charge a $427 for a blood pressure check . Woah !! When I called them back, the billing team says thats their regular charge for such a visit. Then why they provide an estimate while checking in. Complete Non-Transparency to rip off patients. Go there if you also want to be ripped off.

Great care and friendly staff. Didn't want a shot but pneumonia sucks and they we're right. Glad I went
