The staff has been remarkable, from the receptionists to the nurse to the doctors. My son had a bad ear infection and was unable to take the liquid form of amoxicillan. We had to opt for the antibiotic shot and made 3 visits back for them. As much as the shot made my son cry, it was worth it knowing he was getting the medicine into his system and he would be better in a few days! Everyone is SO friendly there and cordial. Very understanding and the bedside manners are outstanding. They were all so good with my son! Thank you for making our first experience a great one!

It was so easy to schedule an appointment for my son even though it was later in the evening. The check-in process was super quick. All of the staff were very friendly and professional. My son got his x-ray in a timely manner. The NP took great care when wrapping my son’s foot. I would highly recommend this office.

We signed in for our appointment saet down for about 2 seconds and where called right in. Came in too pulse and mono test. Then sat for over one hour waiting to be seen. Doctor came in looked in mouth ear nose. Then did a flu test finished and left at 730p. Honestly I think after they did vitals and mono test they forgot we where there. There was only one other person waiting when we got there and it's nice you can see your wait time and also see there no one else waiting and spend over 2 hrs at the urgent care considering the mono blood test it says takes 5 minutes for results and the flu and covid test is 15 mins for results. The people where friendly but really didn't need to be there for 2 and a half hours.

We brought my son for ongoing foot/ankle pain. This has been progressively worsening over multiple weeks. Yesterday was the worst. The APP came into the room and said “ he’s walking fine, it’s not bruised or swollen we don’t need an X-ray. It’s sprained “ to note: there was never an event or injury that happened that would cause a “ sprain” I also work in the medical field and this was extremely dismissive and also without imaging there is not way to rule something in or out. Needless to say we saw ortho today, and there is in fact a hairline fracture and he is now in a walking boot. 10/10 would not recommend which is very disappointing since historically this was our go to place for after hrs , acute visits.

It was easy to get an appointment. The wait time was quick, however I went Sunday during a football game, so that was a given. I was not impressed with the care this time.  My daughter was seen right away with a 103 temp for 3 days no other symptoms aside from a deep cough. Dr came in talked with me for a minute and asked me if she could flu test her and said she wanted to order a chest xray. She did not examine her. Did the tests then sent the nurse in to tell us both were negative and it was viral. We asked the nurse if they could rsv test her and further examine her she said no it’s a cold to ride it out. Great in her case she has a bunch of other medical things going on with an auto immune we are trying to figure out with her rheumatologist. Needless to say we ended up taking her in to her pediatrician for a full examination the next day to find out they never sent or read the X-rays. I am okay with saying it’s just a viral however deforestation making that diagnosis I feel you should at least examine the child and rule out other possibilities. This would save the parents multiple trips to the dr or emergency room. Pediatric urgent care now on 2 other occasions has overlooked so many thing which has resulted my daughter in 2 hospital admissions for a week. I feel they need to listen to what parents are saying before being so quick to jump and say it’s viral ride it out. Other than that the experience with them is okay. I’ve always been able to get in right away and not wait too long, staff is very friendly and nice.

I made an appointment and it took me more than a half an hour to get to the triage room. When we finally got to a treatment room, and we’re waiting for a doctor, I noticed that there were no packages of gloves on the wall in the room. The doctor that took care of us was kind and seemed more than competent. However, he was not wearing any gloves when treating my son. Further, I was told that we would be receiving throat cultures. Instead of the doctor conducting them immediately we had to wait for the nurse. When she arrived, she was already wearing gloves and used those dirty gloves to open the throat swabs and then proceeded to use them on my child. There seems to be some education or reminding that should happen to the staff regarding proper protocol and cross contamination of germs. I did not necessarily find the rooms were entirely clean. They look dingy. Overall, I am confident that we are receiving decent medical care however, some improvements can most definitely be made.
