They were very busy but we were in and out in about 30 minutes. My son was diagnosed quickly and any questions I had were answered thoroughly. Scott, PA was great and everyone working there was so kind.

Was very underwhelmed by the bedside manner.  Besides the young gentleman who took down the clinical info and the front staff,  both of whom were patient centered and attentive, it was very clear everyone else was impatient and overworked.  I’ve been a healthcare provider for over 20 years and understand the workload and stress, but I felt hurried, and not taken seriously.  Seemed like bc my daughters sx were mild, the care was very dismissive.    This was my first negative experience with this urgent care.  My other experiences have been wonderful.

Intake nurse was very presumptuous about my child’s illness and wouldn’t listen to us about prescribed meds and current symptoms. Nurse Practitioner was also very quick about our visit and didn’t offer much for treatment.

The check in was okay due to the amount of people that were there! The front desk staff was amazing made us super comfortable. The triage staff was great asked about everything and gave the information to the other staff! This was a great alternative to the hospital. Also great that they specifically take care of children! Love this place so much and so do the kids! ❤️

Took my child in due to sore throat and spots on his tongue/ back of throat.  The receptionist, nurse who checked us in were absolutely kind and fantastic. The doctor could Have been nicer. She seemed annoyed that we came in for sore throat/spots. Told her my son has a pneumonia diagnosis, she sounded annoyed when asked what kind/ who diagnosed. No need to be annoyed when we are paying to be seeing. If you don’t like the reason people come in or don’t find them significant, then please don’t choose to work at an urgent center , your child isn’t the one in pain, high fever, ect. It’s an urgent care center for a reason, due to our doctors being closed at 5 pm on a Saturday.  No need for the attitude and annoyance in your voice when speaking to us.  Everyone else was fabulous and friendly, so thank you for that!

My son woke up with a barking cough so I decided to take him in to be checked out. I got there right before it opened and was almost immediately greeted by the gentleman at the front desk. He was very pleasant when he checked us in. We were then called back for vitals. There were 2 gentleman in the room, one was taking notes while the other checked pulse/temp ect. The gentleman with the curly hair was aggressive and impatient. I had to ask him to relax because he seemed very irritated that my 3 year old was scared of the thermometer and needed a minute to adjust. Being that you specialize in children, I would expect a different level of patience and understanding than we recieved. We were then brought into a room, where a doctor came in to evaluate my son. She was kind and knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions swiftly. We were given our discharge instructions and headed out. Overall a good experience, aside from one person we encountered. I hope that you are able to invest in additional training for him as bringing in a sick child is very stressful on parents, and patience with small children is needed.
