Always quick to see was, which is appreciated. Good first line of defense for us when home care isn't enough.

The wait time was short and everyone I talked to was really friendly. The woman that was "taking care" of my daughter was not helpful at all. My daughter had a head injury and an oddly shaped bump on the back of her head. The woman said it was just her skull as she barely felt it. I showed her exactly where it was in case she missed it but she still said there wasn't anything there and they couldn't do anything for her anyway, even though I was referred by her pediatrician.  Do not recommend coming for head injuries, go to Oshei.

Staff was excellent (friendly and very helpful)  and even though the waiting room was full we were in and out in a little over 30 minutes. Definitely recommend for pediatric patients.

From check in to check out the entire staff we interacted with was wonderful. As a tired mom bringing her child in for an ear ache at 8:45pm, I wasn’t sure what to expect. The staff was quick, rooms were clean, and my son was on antibiotics within an hour of making the appointment. Super grateful.

I was very happy with the quality of care we received. The staff was courteous, warm, and very friendly. I was very pleased with our experience we were in and out within an hour, maybe less

The doctor who saw my child was not very friendly or professional. The X-ray tech and nurse were amazing. The script of that the doctor prescribed didn’t seem to exist afterwards leaving my child to deal with it without the medicine which made it worse. Overall, I would go back but ask for a different doctor.

My daughter had a sore throat, headache and fever.  We arrived 6 minutes after opening.  The staff was friendly, got us checked in immediately and we were called back within 15 minutes of arriving.  Testing was done quickly and we were out the door with a popsicle.  We have been many times and have always been taken care of.

This was unfortunately our second visit in the past few months both for similar issues. Our initial experience was excellent, but this recent visit wasn’t great. The check-in staff was friendly and helpful, and everyone was generally great, with the exception of the doctor. The doctor’s demeanor was extremely condescending and made me feel as though I was wasting his time. (We had visited just a couple of months prior for the same issue, and the care provided then was far more helpful.) Given that this is a pediatric practice, I would have expected better bedside manner. I’m unsure if the doctor was new, but it also seemed he lacked clarity in his explanations and was unable to provide substantial guidance

My first time here and a good experience. Receptionist and nurses were great. The PA was nice but while they were waiting for my daughters flu test to come back, she said “I bet it’s the flu, in which case you can expect her to be down for at least 7 days.”  As a single mom of a one year old with health anxiety, not a helpful comment…she didn’t have the flu. Overall, it was a positive experience and I’m grateful they were able to see my daughter so quickly.
