What patients are saying...

It's quite sad that to he healthcare industry is lacking the proper structure to take care of patients on the urgent care level. I will be contacting the head of this facility, because they are the reason why I am making this statement. This is a clear example of poor leadership, when parents have been waiting since 10:10 am this morning 🌄 just to make sure their child or children would be seen at reasonable hour... Current time is 7:05 pm and there are many other parents Still currently waiting to be seen. They need to do a better job because this is unacceptable!!! #PoorManagement

this took ages. Over an hour for my daughter to get a Covid 19 test. Idk if it’s a south thing but in NY this would have taken 5 minutes all you have to do is swab her nose and boom you get your results in a few days. This place can only handle 1 patient at a time.

My daughter and I both called and spoke to Jessica who answered the phone and had the rudest behavior I ever experience in any healthcare setting. She was very indifferent which is scary when dealing with patients. She told my daughter on the phone “ well what do you want me to do about it? Your wasting your breath”. I would’ve send anyone here.

Awful awful awful Went to Pediatric nite lite at Kissimmee Osceola Pkwy for a COVID test that was recommended by our pediatrician. Had to wait 1.5 hrs. Finally got the test done at 5:30 and they said the results will be ready in 25 minutes. At 7 pm I still hadn't heard from them so called them myself and they said they are running behind and will call me when it's ready. At 8:40 still nothing so I called the number that's provided on the website for that location. Someone said she will check it for me and let me know right away. She put me on hold and I waited 30 freaking minutes waiting for her to give me the results. A stressed mother, sick child at 9:10 pm someone finally answered the phone asking what I needed? I had to explain myself all over again and the lady was so shocked because she didn't even know I was on hold for 30 minutes. This is awful! Making a patient wait and say you don't know why I'm on hold?! She checked the system and told me they were actually trying to call me but the call didn't go through. Well how about you try calling my husband's number that was provided as a secondary number.. or leave me a VM. It's all lie! No one called me, no one tried reaching out to me. The lady gave me the results over the phone. I have only one thing to say to these Nite Lite. You all suck! Awful service. I never would go back there anymore and will let everyone that I know know how terrible you are.
