This guy talks a good game but he & LG Health are an absolute horror show. I had my annual physical with him, it was my first time to the practice, in Oct 2023 & he seemed to listen, but it was billed as "new patient visit" instead of "annual physical," so I've received a bill for over $200 for lab work that insurance should have covered had it been billed properly. I've been dealing with a re-bill for months now & have been ignored, denied, treated rudely & even hung up on by his staff (Sabrina, to be specific) b/c they refuse to fix their mistake & I'm on the hook for hundreds of dollars b/c of it. I certainly know why I had an appointment with them. I was most definitely there for my annual physical. I even requested a document stating I had my physical to submit to my employer's HR department since I get a discount on my insurance for it. I am absolutely horrified by how Dr. Molnar, his staff and the lab have treated me. If I had been aware my lab work would cost me $216 I wouldn't have had it done. I've also had issues with communications & getting my prescription re-filled. The main reason I had the Oct 2024 appointment was to get my one prescription filled. I had the bloodwork as required, yet over a month later, unbeknownst to me, my prescription hadn't been called in. I called on a Friday morning to get the scrip & left a message, nobody had the courtesy to return my call. I called Saturday & got the skeleton crew, I was told they'd call in the scrip but nobody followed up. The end result was I had to go a day without a prescription I have to take every day. He did, however call in a new prescription that I have not taken b/c I have questions about it that apparently the Doctor will not answer. On the communications front, Dr. Molnar, like the typical millenial, refuses to have any verbal conversations with his patients. Everything has to be done on their website. As a patient who's getting older & having more & more health problems I prefer to have actual discussions with my doctor. About two weeks after I had the bloodwork done some kind of administrative assistant called to review the results with me. She didn't even know how to pronounce some things on the results. I had questions she could not answer. She told me she'd have Dr. Molnar call me. He never did, which is why I never took the new prescription he called in for me. I do not take medication without knowing why, & I was never really told why. Matthew Molnar & LG Health are a perfect example of everything that is wrong with our health care industry (that's INDUSTRY, not SYSTEM). Profits over patients.

Use to be a good place. Now the wait times are INSANE. Especially if checking in at home and I still have to wait two hours... awful.

Well, I was freaked out that they didn’t take your temperature upon entering, but it was clean. However, after my examination I was highly disappointed in the quality of care, even though staff was nice. I fell off a boat 5 days ago, and have been in severe back/hip pain ever since. They did a urine sample, saw blood in my urine, and just said I needed to go to the ER. I stated I’m not going to the ER for pulled muscles, I just want extra-strength ibuprofen or a MILD muscle relaxer for when I go to bed. Made me drive all the way to Lancaster General Hospital (an hour away) for bloodwork Bc they thought I hurt my kidneys (mind you, I stated getting in/out of the car is what causes the most pain), and couldn’t prescribe me anything without bloodwork. Welp, got the bloodwork back today, won’t do an X-ray that u asked for, no kidney issues, and still would do nothing for me. COMPLETE waste of my time and I was shaking from the pain by the time I got home. So now, I have to schedule with my primary care anyway. I understand some people are pill-seeking, but I have bruises/cuts all over my legs, and if you look at my charts, have NEVER been prescribed a painkiller, or any mind—altering substance. So, the first time in 31 years I actually need a muscle relaxer, and I get a run around for 3 days? Will never return here.

I completely concur with the two other reviewers about William Gibbons. He is unprofessional and dismissive. My children had strep and an ear infection. He sent us home with an antihistamine and never did a strep culture or even looked in my daughter’s ear at all!

I went here and was seen by William E Gibbons. Very unprofessional if you have to go to this place don’t see him or Ashley. Worst experience. The only reason I’m giving one star is because of the nice nurse she had more attentiveness and care then the quack and other one put together!
