I will NOT even give Phoebe Community Care ONE star!! My husband took my 18 year old SPECIAL NEEDS DAUGHTER there last night, November 26,2019 because she has been hurting in her chest like she has something stuck in her chest! Since she took her first dose of Penicillin Sunday evening she has felt this way. They wouldn't even let my husband go back with her because she is 18!! Hello IDIOTS.. READ YOUR RECORDS YOU HAVE ON HER!! SHE IS SPECIAL NEEDS!!! Then when they took her back to the room and my daughter told them what was going.. THE BEST WAY SHE KNEW HOW TO EXPLAIN.. the nurse/tech walked out into the hallway to "talk to the so-called nurse practitioner PATRICIA MARSHALL and they were LAUGHING AT MY DAUGHTER BECAUSE OF HER COMPLAINT OF HER CHEST HURTING!! And the IDIOT referred her to the ER to be seen by a GASTROENTEROLOGIST for SOMETHING IN HER CHEST!! First of all.. WHY a STOMACH SPECIALIST for CHEST issues??!! My question is.. HOW DID THIS IDIOT GET HER LICENSE TO BECOME A NURSE PRACTITIONER??!! I have been going here and taking my kids here since they opened and never had an experience like this but last night was HORRIBLE and I wasn't even there!!! I WILL BE CALLING HER SUPERVISORS and handling this myself!!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE AND PLEASE DEFINITELY DON'T TAKE YOUR KIDS.. ESPECIALLY IF they are SPECIAL NEEDS!!! I HOPE YOU LOSE YOUR MEDICAL/NURSING LICENSE PATRICIA MARSHALL.. AS WELL AS YOUR NURSE/TECH!!!
