I had a very positive experience.. I was seen at the time I had scheduled .. Robbie was great .. very polite  knowledgeable and respectful ! I was tested for several things which I was glad that the staff was being very thorough . I ended up with a positive test results for strep and was prescribed antibiotics. I received excellent and caring treatment .. Thank you !

The health care providers are nice, but the front desk staff range from nice to “I don’t wanna come here again” I’m not going there again

Never went to an urgent care facility so this was an excellent choice for my first visit. Very reasonable wait time, easy to schedule, professional staff and meds were submitted to my pharmacy immediately. Pleased with the experience.

I am always appreciative of the connivence this office offers.   Today I had a gentleman doctor and I thought although very upbeat and friendly, I was uncomfortable with the religious questions.  I personally believe there is a time and place, at this appointment was not it.  One, I didn’t feel well and the appointment should have stayed about that.  Two, he is  unaware of my circumstances and that was not the place.  I heard how he had converted, he asked me if I did, and it was very uncomfortable because again he had no idea of my circumstances A suggestion to possibly keep the appointment chatter on a lighter note. People coming in don’t feel well to begin with, any kind of heavy conversation may lead to some awkwardness (and it absolutely did).   Faith, and religion should be off the table for light conversation   Thank you.

Great service, easy to make appt and kind and knowledgeable staff

After two days of severe ear ache, I tried to see my PCP but no doctors were available (on a Friday). Rather than spend a sleepless weekend, I scheduled an appointment with PhysicianOne for an hour and a half later and was able to see a physician's assistant and her assistant. They worked on my ear for nearly an hour, managed to remove the impacted earwax and prescribed some medication to help reduce the pain and irritation to my ear canal. They were patient, kind and effective. I would recommend them.

The staff were very attentive, considerate and efficient.

I feel like I was a bit rushed, and not really reassured that my pain and issue was adequately addressed.
