We wanted to run a sports physical for our two kids along with chest X-ray, urinalysis, ekg CBC. Staff on the phone was confused and did not know what services are available. After several phone calls, someone cancelled our appointment. I ended up calling a bunch of other PO UC branches to find out from them that all those services are indeed offered by POUC and could be done at this clinic. This incompetence led to frustration and precious time wasted having to rebook. In addition, it caused one week extra week because by then the next available spot was not till the following week. When we arrived in May 30, we were on time but had to wait a long time even though we already had appointments. There was only one patient sitting in the waiting room. The lady Nicole didn’t allow me to accompany my kids while they did their eye exam, weight and height measurements because she said it will be too crowded in the hallway???? When Nicole drew blood on my 14 year old, she failed to find the vein and was poking around him many times before she gave up and go to the other arm. Prior to starting, she had remarked he has nice veins and it should easy and quick. The poor kid was bruised. Prior to leaving I requested for a copy of the Xray to be printed. I also asked for the invoice. When we showed up on May 31, the radiologist tech has left without preparing the cd. The invoice was incorrectly printed. The amount we paid did not correspond with what was printed. The lady Nitra was incompetent and lost what to do. We were told to return to figure this out! Really a waste of precious time from beginning till end that could be avoided if the staff are trained and be more aware of handling these basic tasks.

In less than an hour our child scheduled and was in exam room do to a school injury. Dr made child feel at ease and repaired the wound with bond avoiding stitches and trip to ER. We always go there in unforeseen need to get to Dr quick. Staff are very friendly and efficient and provider very knowledgeable and thorough.

The online booking process was easy, and everyone was professional, attentive and very kind. I highly recommend!

Physician One Urgent Care is a warm, friendly environment. My wait time was less than three minutes, even though I was a walk in. I appreciate the staff being courtesy, kind and understanding with my needs. I would recommend anyone to take advantage of the Care offered at this facility. It's staff and refreshingly clean environment is exceptional.

Great experience bringing my 1 year old in. Staff was friendly, understanding, and did a great job. The PA was excellent and did a great job treating my daughter.

I wouldn't return.
