There was a lot of waiting to get into my scheduled appt for a Strep test and a lot of waiting for the DR to give me the results - approximately 1.5hrs total. The nurse was very friendly and considerate

The provider I saw was both unpleasant and incompetent. She baselessly blamed me for exacerbating my condition, needlessly raised the spectre of cancer, and simultaneously said that my issue had a viral cause and prescribed antibiotics (neither of which were correct). The best thing to come out of this appointment was that it pushed me to contact my dentist who quickly provided appropriate care. American strip mall health "care" at its finest. Never again.

The client intake is not friendly to transgender people at all. It only asks for legal name and sex at birth, with no opportunity or anyone asking how you would like to be addressed. I waited for an hour after my schedule appointment time to be seen for an obvious tattoo infection, and while the dr prescribed me antibiotics, she said she “didn’t think I needed them” because that’s only for when an infection is getting worse and not better, when my infection HAD been getting worse over a few days, and she simply never bothered to ask me. I also asked the nurse who took my blood pressure how he was doing, and he said “not great” lol

Waited over an hour to be seen despite having an appointment. The assistant didn't share my blood pressure result (despite it being a factor in my symptoms) or my covid test result. Got some of the details of my symptoms wrong. Dr Hartman was great.

This was a great experience. My wait time was minimal and the staff was so friendly and professional. I got my diagnosis promptly. I was on my way in a short time. I would recommend this Facility and this is not the first time I have been there. Always a great experience.

I was in a pinch with my daughter. She needed her annual physical for school sports. Our pediatrician's office closed. We needed the paperwork ASAP. I googled, "who does school physicals" and this place came up. I had never been before but I thought they were great. They were timely, very nice and the PA (Physician Assistant), Medical Assistant and and front office person were all very good and effective. I will definitely go to this place again without a doubt.
