Wait time was extremely long. I waited 2 hours. I understand it’s a walk in urgent care but there wasn’t that many people in there that it should constitute a wait that long

I went in for what I found out was pneumonia. I was able to schedule a visit through the online portal. Everyone was very helpful and friendly and I was well cared for. I was sent for x-rays the next day, waiting to hear the results. I would highly recommend this clinic! Thank you.

I schedule an appointment at 0940 and wasn’t seen by the physician until 11am.   There was only one other person in the waiting room.   Not sure if your appointments should be more spread out.

Scheduling was easy. The staff was friendly and helpful in identifying medicines to help overcome flu.

Back wound handled exceptionally.  Doctor treated me like a human being.  Most places give me grief but this place did not.  I would recommend this place to anyone.

I have Rheumatoid Arthritis and they was able to help me with my hurting joints and swelling. Ty.🙏🙏

I went in around 7:40 having some chest pain and asked if they would still be able to see me which they said yes. I felt bad because it was almost close time but I wanted to make sure it want anything with my heart that they could tell. The doctor that saw me had the WORST most inconsiderate bedside manner and was so rude. He did not want me to be there, he told me “girls keep having this and it’s probably just anxiety”. He told me there was absolutely nothing he could do if I didn’t want them to call an ambulance and have me taken to the ER. He didn’t even ask questions other than “what’s going on” before he said there was nothing he could do other than an ambulance ride. I understand it was late but if someone tells you they are having CHEST PAIN at a 7 on the pain scale and you are a doctor, maybe try asking some questions before saying you can’t do anything and rushing me out. I will not be coming back here. I am a young girl who walked out of there crying because i’ve never been treated so poorly.

It was good appointment it will be a few more days of being on meds to see if this resolves my illness

They take good care of their customers all the staff were very polite.

PA Chris was excellent as was the nurse.  Good work.
