Time difference made for over an hour wait first appt got cancelled and disconnected after waiting over an hour rescheduled finally got thru after another 1 hour wait everything else so super easy and helpful

I waited on hold for an hour with nothing, 30 mins in, I got charged for the visit. I was literally going to press the hang up button when the NP finally got on the call. There should be some sort of queue showing you that you at least hadnt been forgotten about or that someone will get to you.

Mr. Mcnabb provided efficient compassionate care. Highly recommend.

I waited in line the 15 minutes before my appointment and 10 minutes after my scheduled time which was fine but the provider answered and said nothing then disconnected the call an I had to wait in line again. I then, called the number to be sure I had done nothing wrong and was informed I would have to come in to be seen when it says online they treat the symptoms I was having. All I can say is, I better not be charged on my insurance for not even having a “visit”.

Tick bite was handled via telemedicine call by Dr Virginia and she was incredible to listen to my concerns, answer all my questions and prescribe the necessary meds to combat any potential issues with Rocky Mountain spotted fever and Lyme disease. Much gratitude to a special physician and her staff!
