All around, I had a great experience with my visit and the care provide by the team at this location!

The staff was so kind and helpful and I was in and out within the hour. They took heir time with me to answer all questions and explained treatment-

This was my first visit to PC. Amber was a wonderful nurse; Lauren a great PA; and the front desk staff person was very friendly and professional. I was in a lot of pain and those three women were caring, kind, and considerate to me. I really do appreciate that.

I went in to get an A1c check and medication refill. Everyone there did an excellent job, they were friendly, professional, relatable, did their job very well and quickly. They all listened to me, gave me the time to talk things out, didn’t rush me, and very obviously listened. I really appreciate that. One of the most impressive things was the person, Amber, who drew my blood for Labs. She gave me the best needle stick that I’ve ever felt, and I used to give blood as frequently as possible, and I’ve had my blood drawn plenty of other times for labs. Amber was very friendly and nice, set me at ease, and as I said before, her needle stick was the best I’ve ever had. I barely felt it. Thank you, Amber and everybody!

Everyone I interacted with was amazing: check in, assistant and the doctor. Amazing attitude….cannot say enough great things !!

Doctors were very kind and reassuring, took great care of me and it was quick!

Went to sleep with a massive headache and pressure in sinuses after being sick for about 10 days, so I went in this morning just in case and was able to get in and out in a fast concise manner thanks to the wonderful staff

I couldn’t get the liquid cough medicine that I usually get. And I told him 3 times that I could not swallow large pills and especially no capsules and I get home and he ordered capsules for me. So 2 1/2 hours later, I am still waiting for the problem to be fixed. Luckily the pharmacist is fixing it.

Really terrible service. Waited an hour for the doctor to come in and tell me she’ll call me back later. Still haven’t gotten a call. If a supervisor could respond and explain why the lack of attention was given, I might be more obliged to return.

They sent my script to the wrong pharmacy even after I had just completed paperwork. Not to mention it had not changes from last visit in September. Made for wait at pharmacy but resolved well.
