Scheduled my appointment hours in advance and still had to wait an hour and 45 minutes to be seen. Nurse didn’t wear gloves when administering my Covid, flu, and strep tests.

I was a walk in and there were lots of sick people, so the wait was acceptable. She explained everything well and prescribed multiple meds to get me feeling better

I walked in after lunch, no problem being seen at all.  Next in line.  Staff was great, scripts called in, illness abated.  I recommend it!

Went in for kidney infection but it was a UTI. Thank goodness. The nurse that triaged me was extremely professional, courteous, and listened patiently to health issues. The PA, however, was abrupt, overtalked me, seemed as if he was put off by having to see me again within a 2 week span. He was professional and cordial the first time a few weeks ago. This time, he seemed to have a problem with me being there??? He asked me if I had a PCP, to which I replied yes, and would loved to have seen her instead, but that she has been out of her office with medical problems. He also seemed to be put off by my wearing a mask, but I mentioned to him that there were several in the waiting room coughing and that I didn't won't it. He overtalked me on that as well, and seemed to dismiss my desire to be cautious. At 65, I'm trying to take care of me as best I can. I was reluctant to complete this review on yesterday because I didn't want to have to give a negative review but because it was sent to me a second time, I am complying with your request. Thank you.

Got right in only two ahead of me. Staff was great. Tall male doc was amazing. Wish I could remember his name. Highly recommend people to check this health facility out.

Misdiagnosed,sent to imaging center for same day ASAP ultrasound guided aspiration. The imaging center was closed Sunday. Tried to get appointment first thing Monday. No appointments available at Chattanooga Imaging. Ended up at Parkridge ER where a few of the staff who looked at infection said a simple urine test and atibiotics should have been given. Other than the misdiagnosis which is going to cost me a small fortune the staff was friendly and clealiness was good. I did schedule on line but had to wait 30 minutes because walk ins arrived just before my appointment... i spent more time at Physicians Care then i did @Parkridge ER.

Felt like I was misdiagnosed, the doctor looked at me for like 3 mins and sent me on my way. I spent more time with the nurse but still had to pay the $120 doctor office visit. I feel like they just didn't want to be bothered

Not feeling well today, had been exposed to the flu and Covid so I made an appointment this morning to get tested. Ended up having the flu.  Carolyn Meyer was by far the best NP I have ever had. She was professional, thorough, knowledgeable and made sure she prescribed me with any and everything I would need to have a smooth recovery. I would give her a million stars if possible. We need more providers like her!!

I hurt my ankle and needed to see someone about proper treatment for it and the appointment and everything about it went as smooth as possible. I couldn't have asked for a better experience

The appointment was quick and easy they process my paperwork quickly and I was seen within 15 minutes
