At Physicians Care, we understand that when the need for care is urgent to you, the solution needs to be compassionate, comprehensive, and convenient. Instead of an expensive trip to the ER or a long wait for a doctor’s appointment, our urgent care centers in south and east Tennessee are open late and on weekends. Physicians Care treats injuries and illnesses, as well as provides occupational health and wellness care.

Non-emergent healthcare conditions treated by Physicians Care include: sprains, strains and broken bones; eye and ear infections; burns; bites, stings and allergic reactions; asthma and respiratory issues; flu, colds and viral illnesses; diarrhea, nausea and vomiting; urinary tract infections, and much more. Physicians Care also has suturing and X-ray capabilities, as well as provides both diagnostic and preventive care including wellness visits, management and monitoring of chronic conditions, annual physicals, DOT exams, immunizations, and most vaccinations. I was a walk-in. Candi and Randi are stars! They were not austere and as cold as an exam room. They were both knowledgeable, kind,friendly, patient, helpful, and humorous. I immediately felt at ease. I only waited 20 to 30 seconds before Whitney Ross came into the room. WOW!!! She didn't put on airs! So down to earth! She made eye contact and listened. She, too, was kind, friendly knowledgeable, helpful, and humorous. I truly felt like i was seeing an old friend. I like my PCP but would definitely see her if that was ever an option. You need to clone those three!

I highly recommend PCER! Walked in (had called Teledoc) had hiccups for a week and then my diaphragm started going spastic. They got me to the back in no time and the check-in and paperwork was a breeze! Everyone there was great! It was a very comfortable environment and everyone knew their stuff and they were so attentive and very kind! This will be my go-to place when I can’t see my PCP for sure! Thank you everyone at Physicians Care East Ridge!!! 😁🙏🏻❤️

We have always had really good visits with all the Doctors at Physicians Care. However, yesterday when I took my sick child to their office at 8a., the male nurse that attended to us smelled so strongly of Marijuana that it filled the room. He then proceeded to do a throat swab for covid and flu on the top of my sons mouth near his back teeth never touching his throat. Dr. Craig did an amazing job checking him over, and was kind.
