Woke up Sunday with pain in the left Kidney. By Sunday night my bladder was having issues. I love the ease of scheduling and upon arrival I can stay in my car and check in. This allows me not to be exposed to other contagious illnesses. The staff is friendly and helpful.

All the staff were kind and attentive! Had a great overall experience!

I had booked a “hold my spot” appointment and arrived early. The receptionist was very friendly when I asked if that was okay. The wait was maybe 10 minutes before I was taken back for vitals and put in a room. The nurse and doctor were both easy to talk to! I’ve been here a handful of times and am always impressed by the friendly staff. I have had to wait longer at times to be seen, but that’s understandable! My go to urgent care clinic for sure!

The entire staff was friendly and informative. I can't imagine a better group to help me while sick. Check in and the wait up front was short. The wait in the my room to a little bit.

Spent extra time there, not due to fault of staff, but with an emergency with another patience.

Have had an earache and decided to stop this on my way home. So I made an appt online to save on time Little did I know that I wouldn’t help. Once I saw the Dr I was gone within about 8 minutes however I waited on him with an appt for an hour and 20 minutes. I was about 10 minutes early so explain why I had to wait     He was nice however but my BP was already up and there was someone there that kept screaming which made it worse for me. Had I gotten out sooner it wouldn’t have been so bad for me.  I guess my thing is why make an appt online if I still have to wait behind people that came in after my appt time.

There was a very long wait time but that’s the same at all the offices right now. Everyone was professional. I would recommend Physicians Care.

After two previous visits with no medication prescribed by other doctors, we finally went to urgent care for what had been a three-week flu. Our entire family was miserable. The doctor immediately determined that all the kids had ear infections and prescribed medication for everyone. I was floored that our regular doctors hadn’t caught this, but within two days, all six of us were finally relieved of excruciating pain and fevers. I was also incredibly impressed with the triage nurse and front staff. They were so caring and helped me manage my crying babies. To make things even easier, they gave us our first doses of medication right there in the office and sent us on our way, so we didn’t have to worry about waiting for the pharmacy to fill our prescriptions. I’m deeply grateful for the care we received.

I was at North Shore location today and they did not have CXR so after visit there they gave me order to go get CXR at this location since only place that had a tech. Arrived to location told receptionist I ONLY needed CXR waited for 1 hour and then person taking me back had no idea that this was only thing I needed. Waited another 10 to 15 min to finally get CXR seems there could be a better system for this or better yet have CXR machines at all urgent care location and staff to do them. I’m sure during cold and flu season many CXR  needed. Now hopefully will not be double billed 🙄
