Easy to schedule either online or by kiosk in office. Paperwork online! Check-in at kiosk! Desk staff was available. Nurse and physician were kind, professionals who care for their patients.

I woke up this morning with a real bad sore throat. To schedule was quick & easy! Was able to walk in & be checked in very fast. Staff was very friendly & gave me the best care possible.

The doctor on hand was very good but she needs some help.  When you have to wait almost 3 hours that is uncalled for

Had UTI, service was very friendly and a pretty short wait time.  I didn’t like having to check in on a computer screen!  That’s really my only complaint.  The NP was very nice and informative, I felt she was very knowledgeable.  Great visit, they were very prompt in sending my prescription to the pharmacy.  That really helps

We had scheduled appt for 9am checked in @ 9am had to wait one hour and then 30 additional min in the room after we were called back .. she asked how we were and I said I was tired of waiting her response was yeah… patients should not be scheduled every 15 min there is no way any patient can be seen and diagnosed that quick no matter the problem posters in waiting room  said the way to prevent excess waiting time was to schedule an appt that is not true overbooking is a serious problem my review today is not a 5 star review 0 today

Staff care and treatment were not excellent. Scheduled an appointment but still had to wait behind walk ins. Basically no benefit to scheduling and appointment (almost an hour out) then waiting to go at appointment time. Would’ve gotten in sooner just showing up an hour earlier with no appointment

Went in as a walk in drug screen and everyone was extremely friendly. There were a lot of people waiting ahead of me but it flowed pretty good overall

I was told I could not take my insomnia medication with the medication prescribed and I was I given a different prescription to help me sleep. I have not slept in 2 days! I called at 8am when they opened to talk to someone and left a voicemail. I never received a phone call back. I then call back late in the afternoon and got told they were very busy today and that was why I didn’t get a call back and a message was taken for the PA and I was told she would look at my chart and call me back as I need to get something else to help me sleep. Needless to say, NO ONE CALLED ME BACK! This is NOT good patient care!  Will not be going back here ever again!

Today, I had to get my finger stitched up, and I must say, the process was incredibly painful—far more so than the original injury. Despite the unbearable pain, the doctor’s perseverance was commendable, and I appreciate their dedication. A special thanks to the medical staff for their efforts, and to myself for being an absolute beast of a man and enduring the ordeal with remarkable strength to hold back from causing him the same pain and the resilience to finish the job. Hats off to everyone involved!

The staff was very pleasant and took very good care of me.  They were doing there best to keep me from having to be admitted in the hospital. They did chest X-rays, breathing treatments, and shots. After just being there yesterday, I’m a little better today. Only negative would be that my husband and I froze there!! It was way to cold!!
