Went to immediate care for my daughter who tested positive for the flu and told to hydrate. They billed my insurance $450 for this visit plus test. I owe $300. I was told a cash paying customer would pay only $200 for this visit. Why have insurance if I’m paying more? Absolutely insane. Never again will I come here.

I had a horrible experience with this urgent care. I went for a immigration medical exam. First thing, their Customer service agent sent me to a wrong location where they don’t do medical exams for immigration. After wasting money on a Uber ride to the wrong location they ended up sending me to the west loop location where they do the exam i was looking for, wasted money on another Uber ride. Now comes the interesting part, on phone the customer service agent told me that I have to pay upfront $350 for exam and tests and if I need vaccination I will have to pay later ( if needed). When I went to the west loop location the front desk attendant was extremely rude, she wanted $700 upfront and was forcing me to take 5 extra vaccines at the same time ( no concern about if i really needed it, nor did she care for side effects of taking all shots at once), additionally she kept on yelling loud for others to hear what all personal medical tests I will needs to do (no respect for privacy). When I told her that this is not that your customer service agent told me, her reply was you are not the only personal they are giving incorrect information and their manager is working to fix it. Well how about giving me refund on the money I wasted on Ubers and time i wasted due to miscommunication from their side. This place is a shit show, they don’t have empathy, don’t own their mistake and did not even apologize. Do yourself a favor and never go to this business again.
