I booked an appointment the day before and saw that all appointments were available so I was surprised that the waiting room was packed with walkins that all got to go before me. The whole experience took about 3 hours. Once I did see the dr., he was rude and condescending and didn’t seem interested in actively listening to me. I felt I had to push to make sure he took me seriously and then he was annoyed with me. He didn’t explain what the medications were that he was prescribing me but said things like “I’ll give you the peals for the cough” like I should know what that means. He asked me if I wanted a medication I’ve never heard of and when I said what is that  he told me it was something for if I’m prone to yeast infections in a tone like I was being dense. He moved on and never brought it back up deciding it wasn’t worth the effort to explain why I might need that. I’m sure he was exhausted from a long day but it was a hard time being sick with the over 2 hour wait to then be treated like I was wasting his time.  The other staff were kind and seemed to actually care about the people there.

I was able to check in online and be seen by a doctor in less than 20 minutes. Staff is always concerned and courteous. Love the ease of flow in this clinic. I would highly recommend this clinic. My doctor had some of the best bedside manners ever.

Been having bronchitis issues and came in and saw Rebecca, whose awesome, and after though check up and X-ray on site! Hour drive for this level of care on a Saturday! They are all definitely worth the drive 😊 changing them as my PCP

The nurse wasn't very friendly. The NP seemed knowledgeable.

I was able to schedule an appointment within 30 mins. When I got there it didn’t smell clean staff at front desk were not to friendly

Coughing all night made appointment from home at 4 am this morning.Appointment was 9:15 .I was taken promptly.The office staff is professional and friendly. Ms.Edenfield is an excellent practitioner takes time to listen to your complaint.Exams you and orders medication you need to relieve your symptoms.Couldn’t be happier.She also took care of my daughter a few weeks ago.Very professional and pleasant personality.I would definitely recommend this provider.

HAVE BEEN SICK SINCE WEEK BEFORE THANKSGIVING OFF AND ON, WOKE UP THIS MORNING WITH A WORSE SORE THROAT, WIFE MADE ME GO TO APPT. SHAYLA WAS VERY NICE AND PROFESSIONAL, RELAYED VITAL SIGNS BACK TO ME. COME TO FIND OUT AFTER CHEST XRAYS, I HAVE PNUEMONIA. RECIEVED MEDICAL TREATMENT AND A FEW PRSCRIPTIONS. I'MSORRY BUT I WISH I NEW THE PRACTIONERS NAME, SHE WAS ABSOLUTELY AWESOME AND TO THE POINT!!! I WAS IN AND IN ABOUT 45 MINS
