I had a great experience and the nurses as well as the front desk staff were all so kind, and friendly . They were also very knowledgeable and quick to help . The wait time can be a little long but they get the job done .

I customer service in the front office wasn’t as good, it use to be great! But now it’s not, I feel like attitude wise isn’t good. I asked a question and the one that answered told me to give her a minute in a very professional way but the other person that was beside her answered in a very rude way. Also when you enter, they don’t greet you, you have to greet them first, which I believe in medical field you should always greet. But back area with the MA, CNA amazing customer service! And also the doctors!!!!!

I had a telemed appt and waited an hour and a half for the doctor. I was told to go to the location and tell them I’m there for a covid pcr and they’ll do it without a wait. Upon arrival at the location I was told to pull around back by the 2nd door. Waited another hour before they came out to do the test. They only had 4 people in the waiting room and take 10+min to answer the phone. I’ll never visit this location again.

The staff that was doing the triage on 4/9/21 was very nasty in her attitude. And the wait time was ridiculously long, having to fill out the paperwork on the phone in the car then wait for them to call you.

Went for the Covid test and was told to wait in the back of the building in the car. Guy came out to administer my rapid test said he would call me with results the same day, never received a call and the office wouldn’t answer the phone. Such a shame when I told him I needed results to return to work.
