Absolutely horrible. I am still waiting 2 hours from the appointment I had for a Covid test. I have already seen a physician prior to my appointment, so I am not understanding why it’s taking this long. Also, it took me calling 10 times to get ahold of a receptionist. I am highly displeased. Hire more staff for back office and communicate better with patients regarding appointment times and wait times .

What is the point of making an appointment if you aren't going to be seen for 90 minutes? Additionally, website should have clear directions on completing information ahead of time. Registration desk people need to have classes on being kind and clear with directions. I don't care if they have said the same thing 100 times. That is their job. What happened to simple kindness?

Receptionist very rude while checking in to see doctor. She never once decided to greet me in addition to being very non-chalant with how I was feeling. I was being seen due to a severe UTI and asked can I go ahead and do a urine sample. She scolded me with her eyes at first and eventually said “no.” I’m sorry who’s the patient here? You’re mad bc I asked you a question? I let her I’m new to this area and this UTI but I assumed they could do a urine sample. Anyhow, she proceeded to check me in and I went to sit in car. I came back a few mins later because I had to use restroom. I’m standing at door waiting for her to signal me to come in per their instructions. I kid you not as I’m waiting, i look up to see death eyes at me. I just want to use the RR. I ask and again she did the long pause with starting before saying yes. Over it. Even if we didn’t have to sit in car, I would have chose to. Very rude and and inattentive to peoples pain. I will take the extra drive next time.
