My child was suffering from a fever and bronchitis, and as a concerned parent, I sought medical attention at the facility. However, to my shock and disappointment, my child was denied medical treatment simply because I refused to put a credit card on file. Even though I had insurance and was willing to pay the co-payment, the facility refused to prioritize my child's health and well-being. As a parent, I find it deeply concerning that a medical facility would prioritize financial considerations over the health and well-being of their patients, especially children who are vulnerable and in need of urgent medical attention. I strongly recommend finding another location for medical care, as I believe that any facility that does not prioritize a child's health should not be trusted. I hope that this review serves as a warning to other parents who may be seeking medical care for their children.

The wait time was ridiculously long and there werent that many patients. Also the bathroom was quite dirty. Bayside PM Pediatrics is extremely quick and clean. I was hoping we would have the same experiences in the new bellerose location :(
