Staff is always great! I have never had any issues with PM, and we go often, lol. However the Dr on this visit called my 3 year old a brat because she wouldn’t open her eye for him. His exact words were “come on brat.” Now what 3yr old wants a dr messing with their eye? I just didn’t appreciate it whatsoever from a pediatrician. Very disappointed. The nurse on was wonderful though!  Front desk staff was also awesome!
