I am extremely disappointed in the current scheduling structure at this location. In the past, we've had little/no issue arriving as a walk-in and getting care. They've recently switched to a structure where people can pre-schedule appointments online BEFORE they even open! I arrived with a very sick kid before they opened their doors on a Saturday morning (with a line of other families there, too). The doors opened and we were told to 'get an appointment online' and that there weren't any appointments available until late in the day. Once in the building, their computers were slow/freezing, so not one person could get registered or checked in. We asked how long it'd be until we could be seen (mind you, we were the FIRST PEOPLE THERE THAT DAY)! And we were told it'd be hours, at minimum. Thank god for my child's pediatrician's office who opened their schedule to us in this legit emergency situation. I cannot fathom an "Urgent" care facility that permits online scheduling so far in advance that they cannot accommodate walk-ins or same-day appointments. It absolutely defies logic and is abhorrent business practice.

I absolutely recommend this place to everybody who is in a pinch and needs urgent care asap! My son has had strep, thrush, ear infections etc and each time I’ve suspected an issue I was seen asap and always content with care.

I can’t say enough about my amazing visit to the Cherry Hill PM Pediatrics today. I knew when my babysitter called me at work about my daughter being injured that she needed to be seen right away. We showed up with no appointment and no warning. Ana registered us right away and Tom got us back without any wait at all. He even got a smile from my tearful kiddo. Dr. Autumn was in immediately to examine her, order her X-ray and spend a few minutes reassuring her that she would feel better soon. Chelsea professionally completed her X-ray and was mindful of my daughter’s pain while imaging. By the time Dr. Autumn came in to discuss our results and discharge us, my daughter was tear-free, smiling and begging to go to soccer practice later tonight. My daughter was feeling so much better and too busy waving goodbye to Mariette on the way out, that she didn’t even ask for a lollipop. I was happiest of all, because the Cherry Hill PM Pediatrics team provided us with friendly, timely, high quality pediatric specific urgent care and an orthopedic referral right when we needed it. Thank you so much everyone.

Everyone was amazing. Very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable, and there was not a long wait. Highly recommend.

Amazing!! Front desk to the back were amazing. Very friendly, patient.

We're waiting for Covid results and there is no direct way to get anyone on the phone. Very very frustrating. Would provide a direct phone number that a human will answer please.

I had an appointment for 6:15pm, I didn’t get swabbed until 9:05pm
