We were a walk in and needed to be seen for my newborn. They were very nice and got us seen. The wait was a little bit but we didn’t have an appointment so it was pretty decent wait considering we were a walk in.

This PM Pediatrics urgent care center location was the first PM Pediatrics location I’ve ever been to, and it was great. The receptionist was nice. The PA was amazing and made sure I felt okay. I’d recommend this place if asked.

Doctor was great as always. However a patient with a foot sprain is not a covid risk despite vaccination status. Odd bizarre PPE by nurse N95/ Mask / Face shield . Only to remove it and go in other rooms with coughing kids with fevers. Never returned to our dirty unvaccinated room, made the doctor give meds, provide discharge plans. Someone may want to fill her in asymptomatic spread from a healthy kid is zero risk over other patients clearly walking around with viral loads .

No sense of urgency; especially since they had only one other patient there. Only cared about paperwork. Zero bedside manners. For a place that just opened you would expect the complete opposite of what we experienced. Will not go back. Will not recommend. Do better for these kids.

HORRIBLE! I would not recommend this place. I went in on Sunday around 3-4pm doctor said it was just a common cold, the next day my baby woke up with 103.3 fever took him to his doctor and they saw the ear infection. I am completely disappointed and will report them.

Upon arrival there was no pt in the lobby which I thought was good. Another pt walked in after I did. I was advised by the rep that my child would be seen next, but the rep didn’t state that the back rooms were filled with pts so the wait time would be long. I waited an hour and twenty minutes to be seen. The doctor did apologize for the wait and miscommunication. My child said he was nice a doctor. Apart from the wait time as a negative, my only other complaint was the fact that the nurse took a picture of my obviously sick child, even though I expressed to her that my child wasn’t feeling well or in the mood. The nurse went on to state that it can stay on file until the next time we come back and a new picture will be taken. I called back after we left and asked the rep to please have it removed from my child’s file. I don’t understand why anyone would want to take a picture of a sick child to place on their file anyway. I hope the picture was deleted as my child also stated she did not want the picture there too.

10/10 would recommend to anyone needing pediatric care! The staff/Doctor were amazing and took care of my little one like she was their own. Check in was easy and convenient and we waited only about 7 minutes as a walk in! I will not be going anywhere else for care. We felt like family. Thank you!
