What patients are saying...

The physician was great. The office lost my health insurance information that I had entered electronically and then lost the record of my visit. Having to call an organization twice to straighten out clerical errors is simply uninspiring and unprofessional.

Not much of this is relevant since this was a screening telehealth appointment for covid testing. I am sure the clinician was fine, but the pre-registration was repetitive and made me answer the same long series of questions every single time, as if it couldn’t save. The process to make an appointment was ok, but the process for the appointment had absolutely no clarity. A complete zero. I hated it.

Where to begin? Confusing user interface for sign up, check. Long wait times with no meaningful progress indicator, check. No customer service response to repeated inquiries check. Lots of unnecessary text and email notifications with no resolution to our issues, check. You get the picture.

Donna Wren was kind, efficient, and cheerful during my tele-health appointment. Her call was on time and I was finished in the blink of an eye.

Getting the appointment was challenging and discouraging. Everything else was fine. This was a telemedicine appt, pre-Covid test. The doctor was professional snd warm, lovely on the zoom call. I did not go to any facility; this was at home.

For the 2nd time in two days waited hours for a telehealth visit. Session never started. Texted the help line. No response. Terrible experience.

Telehealth appoint so no comment on facility cleanliness. Waited 50 minutes beyond my scheduled time for a link to connect with the doctor. No warning ahead of time to let me know if I would have my appointment on time or two hours late. Not everyone has the luxury of waiting at their computer for so long for Solv or PMP or whoever to get their act together. Most of my older colleagues were under the impression that they were going to receive phone calls and didn't even realize they were supposed to be expecting links. This system would be extra difficult if I, like them, did not have a smart phone. At least one of them had the link to her appointment sent to her spam inbox. Questions the doctor was required to ask me were redundant and/or pointless. The doctor herself was fine and apologetic for the terrible functioning of the system. But either Solv or PMP or both of them have SERIOUS scheduling issues they need to work out before they continue doing business.
