Horrible, told me when my child was having a seizure that they needed to go to an inpatient facility and they were just doing it for attention

Came couple of times with in Hrs difference and the two pediatricians saw my son couldn’t figure it out and they gave as medicine which is not needed and finally here now we ended up on the third day at major Hospital’s emergency department. Very sad and need to stop these kinds of practices

This was my first time with PM Pediatrics and probably my last. We arrived on time for the 2pm appointment but they informed us there were 2 people in front of us and we should wait in the car. After 30 mins waiting I went to see again if they were ready. They said no, but we're close; they just need to get a the room ready. I said fine, just call me when it is. The receptionist then asked at that time if I'd like to handle the copay, to which I said let me check with my wife how she'd like me to pay and I'll take care of it when you call us back in. Another 20 mins and still no call. So I go in again and another receptionist says the room is ready, did I take care of the copay? At which point I thought, if it is a prerequisite to submit the copay before they provide care, why didn't they just say that instead if making us wait almost an hour in the car with a sick ad uncomfortable infant? Also in my experience with many Healthcare offices and practices it was not compulsory to process the copay prior to receiving services. In fact 9 times out of 10 I have paid afterwards and sometimes a bill is just sent to the home and you don't pay at the POS. Nevertheless i calmly paid the amount. Waiting an hour to finally get called in and then on top of that the doctor took 20 mins to come see us. What is the point of selecting an appointment time online if you still have to wait an exorbitant amount of time when you get there? So, Almost an hour and a half to see the doctor for just 5 mins. Had to take 3 hours away from work,, when I expected at most 2. Based on that, my experience was soured and I don't think I will drive all that way for such inconsiderate treatment and lengthy wait time.

Although my wait was aittle longer this time I definitely prefer then over Children's hospital. The facility is well maintained and the staff is always friendly. Every dr I seen with my kids has been great. The best part is I only paid a copay

I was seen over 2 hours after my appointment time and no one ever communicated that the wait would be long. I was told there were two families in front of me but I saw many come and go. The provider was fine but spent maybe 5 minutes with my child.

The staff and physician were very friendly. We have been to PM pediatrics many times. This was the first time we ever experienced a wait more than 15 minutes. I had received an email about long wait times but didn’t expect over an hour and a half for a quick Covid swab. To be fair though, the app wasn’t working when I tried to do the tele health appointment in advance so we just decided to go as a walk in
