The most incompetent urgent care I’ve ever been to. It took us three hours to be seen and there was no one in the waiting room. The nurse was so rough with my children swapping their throats. After our visit, they got my two children’s records mixed up, and they weren’t sure who was sick and who wasn’t. Thank goodness, I could tell who was sick. Then they claimed they sent our prescription to the pharmacy across the street, but an hour later the pharmacy still had not received it.

I visited Laurel location.my baby doctor send for xray this is why I going there . I been there 5 hours and they did not tell me there machine is not working.but anyway they did it xray and doctor said results need to see by radiologist.they don’t have any personal to see results.my questions is why is urgent care for .??? please, before you go there with your sick kids check somewhere else. I didn’t like it .

Greenbelt PM Pediatrics is way better. We ended up at Laurel twice because the Greenbelt location was full, both of which the wait times were ridiculous even with appointments to the point where it was pointless to have an appt. I feel the doctors at Greenbelt are way better though the admin staff are excellent and friendly across the board both at Laurel and Greenbelt. At this point, we’d rather go in as walk-ins to Greenbelt location (I suspect we’d wait just as long as Laurel with appts as has been the past experiences) or the ER at Children’s National than ever go back to Laurel PM Pediatrics again.

The staff and the doctor were amazingly on top of things and were friendly. Very efficient and smoothly run. Called Monday morning and got a pre-op appointment for one hour later, an involved process with cardiogram and bloodwork, which took no longer than 40 including sign-in. Very personable staff, but that's a two-way street; I'm personable. So the appointment was actually fun (partly because I was not feeling ill or dicy).

First time at this please and I arrived at 2:40pm for an appointment set at 3:30pm Still waiting on the doctor to call my daughter to a room . It’s seem as if make an appointment but they choose who to see first .

Medical assistant and front desk workers are not pleasant individuals. Provider was just okay. She didn’t do anything above the bare minimum.

This was my first time taking my daughter and they gave me medicine.The staff is so friendly the doctors as well did an amazing job!! Highly recommend

the girl at the front desk was very rude and dry she didn't even want to help me with simple information not to mention she sends me across the street for my child's meds probly new she never sent my prescription over. I waited 3 hours try to get my prescription sent never sent and at the end my daughter stay in pain all night never recommending this place.
