The online information made it seem like there would be very little wait (it said there were 2 walk in’s ahead of us) but in reality when we arrived, we were told it would be nearly 4 hours before we could be seen. Fortunately we were able to put our name down and go home. We were texted shortly before our estimated time that it was our turn (a very efficient process despite the long wait). The staff were excellent. The MA and MD were both very caring and took their time to get our full information, thoroughly examine my daughter and provide a diagnosis and treatment plan. The doctor explained everything clearly to me and answered all my questions. Despite being very busy, I did not feel rushed at all which I appreciated.

The doctor was phenomenal. Wonderful bedside manner and very thorough. I felt like he cared about doing anything he could to make sure we left there with an answer as to why my son had been so sick for so many days, which is exactly what we needed. The nurse was so sweet and gentle with him and for a mother who is stressed out due to their child being under the weather, all of that is so important. Thanks to the staff and their thorough approach, my son woke up like a new person today feeling so much better.

My daughter always feels safe and her questions get answered in a way she understands. The staff is always friendly and we are usually not there waiting for very long. I prefer to take my daughter here when she has to go to the walk in. Solv is also very easy to navigate.
