Got my son in to see the doctor for a fever, sore throat, and chills. Likely a viral cold, but wanted to make sure it wasn't anything more serious. Scheduling the appointment was easy, and the staff were kind and attentive.

PM Pediatrics was so clean. The staff was so nice to us. We were promptly seen. The check in process was fast as well. The nurse and physician were very friendly. They helped us to feel comfortable during an emergency. Thank you.

I have been to this location numerous times, even go there before calling their pediatrician. I won't do that again. After waiting over 30 minutes to be seen I explained that her pediatrician recommended she get a PCR covid test since she tested positive on a rapid. The nurse, Joyce, was rude and made me feel like we should not have come there. After trying to convince me to leave without the test I decided to still have it done. I could see her motioning to the other staff as she was walking out. The resident, Gaby, was much nicer but talked so loudly the whole place could hear everything she was saying. As we left the room, the other nurse and receptionist, who never left her post in the 30+ minutes we were in the wait room were crowded around the desk and staring at us. I'm already stressed and had to deal with that. No thank you! I'll go to their pediatrician whenever possible!!

I read many negative reviews, particularly related to the check- in procedures. I completed the paperwork online prior to going into the office. When we arrived, I checked in from my phone prior to even entering the building and the process was seamless. Wait time was quick, staff was friendly and nurse practitioner was very helpful. Very satisfied with our visit today!

I took my son today to be seen because he has a very bad cough! The front desk and nurse were friendly! I did not had to wait too much to be seen! The nurse practitioner checked my son and then she had a student in training! That student checked my child’s ear without asking my permission and hurt him so bad! She inserted the otoscope so deep in to my child’s ear and hurt him so bad! He was crying historically! My son did not move at all, i was shocked when i saw what she did!!! You can absolutely ruin a child’s life by being not ready to apply your knowledges! This is unacceptable, and very unprofessional! I am at the ER waiting to be seen by a doctor because he has a drainage from the ear and crying in pain! I would avoid that place !

Great experience for first time. Check in and filled out paperwork online. Very convenient. Opened late. Hopefully we won’t have to visit too often. But great place for the kids!
