I arrived at the Urgent cafe at 11:10pm with my sick daughter after checking online the facility hours & availability. Online it stated walk-ins were being accepted . Once I arrived I was told they weren’t accepting any other patients but did ask what was my daughter going to be seen for. The front desk receptionist spoke with the medical director (Heather) that shared “we are a privately owned center, and we can turn away people if we choose. I hate to make this a racial thing, however I witnessed a patient walk in right before me and they were seen. This is the second bad experience I’ve had here. Very well maintained facility however they are pretty rude.

I was able to get my daughter in by booking online as soon as the school called me. They were kind and thorough, I just wish there was a way for them to follow upnif needed.

Wait was long even with an appointment but understandable due to the demand of covid tests. Once called inside, everyone was very friendly, the facility was clean, and the visit was efficient.

Don't know why you make an appointment because it doesn't matter.. I had a appointment at 1:45 and I'm still sitting in car over a hour later!.

Front desk staffs were rude

Best doctors but worst reception. John at the reception should not work there and certainly not with parents with kids. Just because of him I would tell people to avoid this place. On the other hand the doctors knowledge and bedside manner were superb.

When our pediatrician’s office did not respond, PM Pediatrics was there to attend to my daughter’s injury. Excellent cleanliness and minimal wait time. This was our first experience and we will definitely be back.

The wait was pretty awful because we had to wait outside in the hot sun for a long time. I know it’s because of Covid but if they at least put up a tent outside so there was some shade it would have been helpful. Also a sign outside indicating that even if you have an appointment you have to wait in line to check in would help. Once inside the air conditioning, everything was great.

So def a long wait time outside in the heat. My son wasn’t feeling well but from the minute we stepped in to the office, they were so great. From Jason at the front desk to Jenn the nurse or assistant to the doctor dr. Fine- sorry forgot the name but with an F. He even called me to give me the results over the phone.this was the best first experience. Thank you
