Love the option to do a telehealth visit

We were only there for covid test that took less than 2 seconds but we waited over an hour with an appointment. The app said we only had 1 patient ahead of us

The people were professional and the app was simple to use and made our process quick and easy.

The staff is always friendly and reassuring! The atmosphere is cheerful especially for all the kids that go in sick.

We waited over an hour past our appointment time to be seen after waiting for two hours to see a telehealth provider.

The online visit by Dr Kristin was awesome she went above and beyond to get us the appointments we needed. The girl at the front desk and the Dr at this location were amazing. The only reason I gave a 4 as he nurse was just very blunt and not friendly, I understand they are overworked and stressed however when you are working in a children's facility kids feed off your energy. Everyone else we encountered from virtual and in the office were absolutely amazing and I would go here again for care and recommend to others.

Definitely a super experience made so easy with the app and virtual visit. Great staff and they are super friendly.

The office was incredibly busy with so many people but the front desk staff remained helpful and calm. I watched them deescalate one encounter that could have gotten heated with a frustrated daughter of a client.
