This is the only facility I will ever bring my son to since moving here. Convenient, friendly, and beyond caring with compassion without making me feel ridiculous for the visit. I tremendously appreciate them seeing my son right away when he was assaulted at school today needing immediate attention. Doctors have always made me son feel safe and comfortable. I don’t mind driving 20 min away from my area to come here. Thank you all at this facility!

Super fast, CLEAN, and amazing doctors, nurses and staff. I booked our child’s appointment through solv website, but even though we had a set time, they worked us in according to how many patients were there. We are self pay so the cost was what I expected, but not outrageous. The check in was super easy, I did it from my phone right after we parked. I totally recommend this facility for any child minor emergency. Our pediatrician actually recommended us to come here and I wouldn’t doubt the quality of care especially if our established practice is recommending. OUTSTANDING!!! Thank you so much for your amazing care for our child!♥️

Absolutely the best service from everyone there - front desk, nurses, and doctor. They were incredible & took amazing care of my 2 year old daughter. Great care. I will 100% come back to this facility if we need urgent care services for my kiddos again.

My husband and son showed up for their appointment at 3:35pm today. His appointment was scheduled for 4:00. He wasn’t seen by anyone until 5:30pm. No one came out to the waiting room to explain or apologize. He’s two years old- very sick and was running out of snacks and patience. Finally when called back, the nurse didn’t explain the long wait or apologize. She tested him for covid and dropped the send off swab!!! We were not going to retest at that point because my son was done. After 20 mins of waiting for rapid results - no one came in my husband decided to get up and leave. The doctor caught him and asked if he wanted her to examine him. All she told us was to avoid cough suppressants. Nothing else. It was a horrible experience and I will continue to write reviews until someone can explain why things were so incredibly slow.

I use solv to do a online appointment is super easy, I love taking my son this is the second time and the dr and staff are great.

We arrived probably less than 15 min to closing, and they took us in without any hesitation. Process was extremely smooth and we walked out at peace knowing our little one was well taken care of and had a minor virus. Highly recommended

This place was amazing! The entire staff was friendly and took special are of my son. The place was clean. I would highly recommend this place!
