If you have COVID-19 symptoms, DO NOT GO TO PATIENT FIRST - LUTHERVILLE!!! I registered and waited in my vehicle for 2.5 hours to be triaged. I went back inside after Staff placed 2 signs on the door advising they were no longer accepting registrations due to overwhelming demand at 4:30 PM (more than 5 hours prior to closing). I was told there were 20 people ahead of me, but I was still on the list to be seen. I waited another hour and a half and checked back at the front desk, only to be told that I was called and left a message. I had no missed calls, no voice messages, and no one ever came to the door (I provided a description of my vehicle during registration) as I was parked in the first space facing the door. I've been coming to this Patient First for over 10 years and have never received service like this before. I was LIVID after waiting 4 hours not to be seen. I will not be going back there ever again. Perhaps the attention to Patients are not the priority--at least in my case.

Always a relief to have care available when we need it most.

Waiting time was excessive.

I don't know if the app or the staff was the problem, but the app said we had nobody ahead of us and we watched as three groups it said were behind us got called. Then when I went up to the desk to ask if there was a problem, the lady started insisting that I hadn't completed my paperwork even though the app was clearly stating that I had completed my paperwork. WTF.

I came in for a covid test for my daughter about 9:22pm and was finished and out the door by 10:00. Fast service, friendly staff and clean waiting room area and patient room.

Quick, friendly, skilled.

Had to wait an hour for a Covid test nose-swab. Then had to wait another 10 min. for the Dr. to do an exam. Only one Dr. and one nurse on duty and they looked stressed and overworked. They were very friendly and nice despite being shorthanded.

I waited 45 min b4 being seen. And another hour for dr to come into room. After they diagnosed me, the provider would not let me leave with out a covid test!!! Be aware that you may be forced to take a covid test. Regardless of your predominantly diagnosed issue- as per "PM policy"!

Very very long wait

I took my kids for a Covid test right at 10 AM when it open. The receptionist arrived at 10:02 while there was a line of four or five patients waiting to check in. The wait time was absurd for a simple Covid test. I was there for two hours and had about a total of five minutes of interaction with healthcare providers. Very doubtful I will go back.
