Use to love this place but past 2 experiences putting bad taste in my mouth. First time horribly mean doctor to my child. Now had a 2:30 appointment. And still waiting at 3:40.my son is laying on table with fever begging to just go home and we can't. Asked a nurse about it and was told still people ahead of me. I guess there's only 1 doctor. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME MAKING APPT ON APP IT DOESNT MATTER WALK IN SEEN BEFORE APPT. ANYWAY.

Walked in the urgent care with my six-year-old, whom has 103° fever and was Reese refused care due to us not making a reservation online which in urgent care you shouldn’t have to make a reservation online. It’s called an urgent care for a reason and the only Paperwork that they had seen that you had to make an online appointment was a piece of paper on the door there was nothing on the website, so I will not be returning to p.m. pediatrics, urgent care ever again due to them, refusing care to my six-year-old child who is crying and telling me she is in pain and that she is cold and hot . Also, the secretaries at the desk did not share my sympathy for my child so I hope they understand why I’m leaving this review and that they should take into consideration empathy for pediatric patients and that an urgent care is there for a reason for the urgency of the care for pediatric patient and not to make an appointment for to make an appointment for the next day which who knows maybe my daughter could have a seizure due to the high fever she has so thank you for your empathy, and I will not be returning be returning.

The PA who saw us was super friendly. She was able to make my anxious daughter comfortable with her pretty quickly. She was patient, kind and relatable for my daughter. The nurse who brought us into the room, wasn’t the friendliest for kids. She should work on beside manners with children. She was very short with my daughter and did nothing to make her settle down or comfortable.

Might be the Best Place I’ve ever visit for my child. Nicest and friendliest staff is what is important when it comes to my kid. Fast and very clean visit. Thank you!

I have been to this location twice for a COVID19 test and the professionalism by all staff from receptionist, nurses and doctor's everyone was AWESOME. They provide the same gentleness with adults as they do with children. AAA+++++++

We have always had an excellent experience each time My family and I have been here. From the front desk staff, to the nurses, techs and doctors, they are the friendliest and most professional staff. I have nothing but good things to say about our visits to this location. Everyone is so nice and caring.

Excellent in every aspect. This will be our go to clinic when needed. Loved our experience here. Staff was exceptional. We called on the way over at closing time and they made a point to let me know not to rush, they'd wait to see us. Even though the doors were closing, we were treated efficiently, thoroughly and respectfully. Everyone was wonderful.

I have been here 3 times(twice in 2 days) and each time, everyone is so sweet and caring. Even with the craziness of this whole virus going on and how busy they are, they are still so sweet and caring. I definitely recommend PM PEDIATRICS of TURNERSVILLE
