Everyone from the front desk to the nurse and doctor were exceptional. Helpful, thorough and empathetic. They made a stressful situation (dealing with two ill babies) manageable. Highly recommend.

The wait time was a bit insane. My 5-minute COVID test turned into an hour visit. There staff was friendly, though.

Today was my second time visiting this office In Wynnewood,PA and the receptionist is very rude, she should not be working on client facing.

HORRIBLE all around. At this time, do Not go there trying to obtain a Covid test. Rude staff, zero communication skills. Booked a test time but had to wait outside in the cold for 2 hours. Only to be hung up on when questioned why no updates. Later spoke to a nurse who told me of emergencies and I may need to wait 6 hours! Really? No one could’ve told us this upon check in??? And like I said, we were waiting outside in the cold. Just do yourself a favor and avoid this facility

Extremely bad experience and rude staff. The website says that if you are under 26 and have your family with you, you can get tested. This is explicitly not the case. The person working the front desk at 8pm on November 23rd was extremely rude, dismissive, and said that she was the manager but I should ‘blame corporate and take it up with them’

My 7 year old daughter and I went, as walk ins, to get tested for COVID19. We waited for almost 3 and a half hours, BUT the AMAZING staff made us feel like they cared and never once made us feel like a bother when we asked questions. Ms. Audrey, and the other staff, were all so friendly and helpful. Thank you so much!

Fairly quick and easy

Doctor was good, nurse was great.

Overall it was great. The only issue was the wait time. I waited 45 minutes after my appointment time. The nurse was prompt and kind. I waited another 15 minutes to see the dr who gave me a quick assessment with some information sheets and sent me on my way. If I need to return maybe I’ll try a different time. I’m glad the appointment was for me and not my baby! He would not have done well waiting for that long!
