Still have yet to receive my daughters covid results and it's been over 24 hours.

Everything was wonderful ! Quick and easy visit even with a screaming child ! Staff and doctor were amazing !

I have been coming to PM Pediatrics for 11 years (I now bring my children to the location in Carl Place before it opened we went to Syosset), they have great office hours, everyone is very nice, and works well with children BUT for as long as I've been coming here it takes two or more visits to get the right diagnosis. In every other profession except maybe a meteorologist you wouldn't have a job if you were wrong 50% of the time. The worse part is seeing your child feel lousy and having several failed attempts at trying to get them healthy again.

I had a frustrating appointment with PM Pediatrics today. I called beforehand to see if the facility provided COVID testing for toddlers, as someone from my daughter’s school tested positive for COVID. My daughter did not have any symptoms and was not sick. When I arrived, I checked in online and requested “COVID test.” I waited 2.5 hours to be seen, and the “number of people ahead of me” on the app fluctuated upwards and downwards, so it was virtually impossible to estimate the time. When I finally saw the doctor, he insisted on doing a full medical examination even though I only requested a COVID test. I told him that I did not authorize him to give my daughter an exam but he did it anyway. I tried to walk away several times but he said that we had to wait in the room for him to discharge us. After waiting approx 30 minutes, my daughter and I walked out. I explained to him that we needed to drive home to Brooklyn to get home for bed time. The icing on the cake was that after unauthorized treatment, he mocked us by saying, “Bedtime! It’s only 6.” This was after I had already explained that we were driving back to Brooklyn, which ultimately took 1.5 hours, past bedtime. The staff was nice and friendly, including the front desk, the security guard, and the nurse who first saw us. I would not recommend this doctor or clinic to anyone.

I booked my appointment on the app for 4:30pm because it was the only time available. I sign in no one calls me so I come inside go to the from desk and the person who was there was just rude and let’s me know I will have to wait 2 hours because they are talking walk ins first. So I tell her no one called me to let me know about this. Her answer was well you can wait or you can go. I have my 3 little ones sick and that is the only reason I am waiting because it is too late to try to look for another urgent care. Worse place ever to bring your little ones.

I would love to share with you the amazing experience we had tonight at the Carle Place location! My son fell and tore his knee apart, he needed 19 stitches! The PA on staff tonight was Elizabeth Cortez!! She was AMAZING!!! She was super friendly and very patient with my son! She explained in detail what she needed to do! Our nurse was Jillian Mayer she was also AMAZING!! I cannot thank their two wonderful woman for everything they did for my sons tonight!!!
