Ive brought my kids here many times with no problem but i just brought my 7 month old in with a fever that shes had for 2 days and they told me they cant accept anymore walk ins. That would be fine but ive come later than this and have been seen. Definitely will be switching to a new urgent care from now on. Absolutely unacceptable. I pray that this fever is nothing serious because if it isn't karma is a real thing. Shame on you all. Once again let me repeat they turned away a 7 month old with a fever. Thumbs down wish i could give negative stars.

Horrible. Horrible. Horrible. My daughter is sick and I called speaking to the front desk saying what time they are open and they said until 930pm. She never mentioned if you come after a certain time, you won't be seen. I asked if an appointment is needed and she said no, you can walk in. We walked in and was told the Dr cannot see you. This is a damn urgent care that said that I can bring in my daughter. The Dr name is Ruth Borgen. Stay away. Without causing a scene, my husband, sick baby and I left after being REFUSED service at an urgent care. As I have read other reviews, this isn't a first time a patient has been refused. Wow!! The owners have read all reviews and And all we get is please contact us- Owners- read the reviews and do something about it...Oh and btw, after I left, we were putting the kids in the car seat in and a pt walked in and they took that patient. I will be reporting this facility

Let me say that I walked in this facility and registered my daughters name, waited 2 + hours with no specific wait time, they allow extra people to book in between the wait list and they take them in before you, even though you came hours prior . Horrible wait time

It has been over 24 hrs and still don’t have lab results nor discharge papers. How can I alleviate and provide relief to my toddler when the facility that pays doctors have no knowledge of anything???? 2 hrs to see someone and be told that my son was crying possibly because he wasn’t happy where he was at….: with a fever of 101 and no other symptoms I find it lazy and negligent on behalf of the faculty to send patients home with no info

The wait time is out of control

On solve it say it clear that pm pediatrics Does not do routine lab work. It's alittle misleading

Waited close to 2 hours with an appointment

I have Visited this location twice and so far I love it. The staff is very friendly
