We had an appointment. We arrived 10 minutes before our appointment and waited for next 2 hours to see the doctor. There was maybe 10-12 families in front of us, but most of them are walk-ins... So, making appointment is useless. They'll let in all the people that arrived before you without one just the same. But that just shows how greedy they are and how little they care about kids. Waiting for 2 hours with sick kid, it's torture and should be illegal. If they told us that reservations do not matter, we would see our regular pediatrician or go somewhere else. And they also do not want to send back walk-ins because they want their money... and no one cares about the kids... Also, since you can pay for the visit yourself, I think it's targeting people without health insurance with sick kids, so it's exploiting their misfortune... Horrible, horrible place.

This is an awful place. They force you to make an appointment but don't follow it. Why bother with appointment if they take walk in in front of appointments. My son went for a PRC test, after the nurse swabbed him, they refuse to test and provide result unless we are staying for further tests. I told them we already went to the pediatrician and no need to further tests, we are here just for the PRC to ensure is not COVID. Is it even legal to perform physical exam of a child without the consent of the parents. I am there and I flat out said he doesn't need anything else beside the PCR. The nurses are rude as hell and don't care about the consent of the parents.

Completely disappointed, I took my one year and ten months old son for a fever to the doctor checked him and said that he had a virus the child can not even swallow the medicine I took him to another place because the child would not stop to crying and it turns out that the child has a strong throat infection I cannot understand how the doctor checked him throat and ears and could not see that infection the incompetence of the doctor in something so simple is inexplicable.

I was unsure on how their protocol works. The way the doctor explained it to me was unclear. She assured me that my son could have a letter to go to school but never mentioned that after taking a COVID test he would have to wait two days before returning to school. I would not have made my son get a COVID test because he didnt need it. The letter that they gave me to give to the school was not even valid. The protocol was very unclear. On top of that one of the technician was very unprofessional. While I was explaining my concern she was shaking her head no and then proceeded to get loud with me. I have been going to this PM Pediatrics in Forest Hills for a long time and I have never had this type of experience. This staff discredites your site.
