I scheduled an appointment online but I still had to wait for an hour in the foyer and for 20 more minutes after we’d were taken to the room. When the doctor came, she didn’t even observe my child, who had a rush all over the body, she didn’t even look carefully to examine, what type of rush it was. She said :it’s because of antibiotics and if you want you can give Benadryl. “ if I want “-?? This was my 2nd time in this office and first time I had a really good experience but not this time. Unfortunately, I don’t have the doctor’s name. I would not care about the wait time if the service had been good.

I came in to take covid test for travel asked the front desk how long does it take to get the report said 5 days and flight is in 5 days. When I was called in asked doc an opinion said the same thing a day later I got the report. Had to take the test again.

We had the best experience with doctors’ assistant and Doctor. My child was afraid of nasal swab and assistant was very patient and friendly. I was impressed with doctor’s knowledge and professionalism. Would recommend this place.

I came few time at PM Pediatric. But taday I did not like the service!!! I say just flu test and no Covid test and they did it!! Also the nurse cont until 10 in each side of the nose I think is to much time and it was very painful for a kid of 2 years old. After finish COVID test the nose was bleeding!! It was a bad experience!! I never see that a COVID test take too much time !!!

I was told that I had to allow them to keep my debit card on file and that I’d be allowed to decline it once but in the future would be denied service unless I allowed it. I pay my bills on time, and I’m not giving anyone unfettered access to my debit card. Guess I won’t be using them in the future.

I made an appointment but I had to wait over 2 hours before my daughter was seen. Other than the long wait, the staff was friendly and attentive.

This used to be best facility and not any more . Long wait time, not so much friendly staff and some times you get good doctors and some times not (doctors during day time are better then doctors in the evening).

In and out in under an hour So efficient

The nurse was nice but the front desk lady was very rude and I had an encounter with the doctor in the hall before I even knew she was the doctor and she was rude as well. I asked for the supervisor number and for some reason I wasn’t provided it and I asked more than once. I most likely will not be back there I come there for my children because that’s the only place other than the er (which have semi nicer staff and that don’t talk down on the parents of the patients) that’s open when I get off and I expect quality care not rude staff that don’t care. I walked in to check in to be seen because I wanted to change to a walk in to to my fussy child I don’t want to be told to sit down now I have people ahead of you to check in mind you there was only one family in the waiting room and they were sitting down then I asked how are you going to call me back up to check in if you don’t know my name and she says I see what you look like go sit down. Y’all might want to look for a new lady for up front one that’s professional.
