Since the company got bought out, this past year the quality of care and services offered has plummeted. Telemedicine and office visits have been truly a waste of time and money. My sons been sick for 4 weeks going on tomorrow. Relapsing from a common cold to I believe the same bacterial infection I have, Bronchiolitis which Im being medicated for. Not once did the doctor ask if anyone else in the house is sick, only made statements based purely on implicit biases. Yes, a humidifier has been running nightly since the beginning of October, we take Vitamin C, we sleep with our heads propped up…. After this year of nurses not listening; I'll be heading to Medstar.

This is my first and last time here. I am able to be seen faster at a hospital. I will never bring my sick or hurt child here again. So, if you don’t have an appointment don’t bother. The app that lets you track the wait? Ha, don’t bother! Emergency’s happen who has time to book an appointment?! According to the app everyone who had an appointment been left. There’s no one waiting in front of me according to the app. So what is the issue? Who lets a baby that’s under 6 months wait over an hour to be seen ?!

Treated my son well and i got his test results fast.

What a pleasant surprise! Everyone from the front desk, check-in vitals, doctor were all lovely. We were seen right on time and everything felt clean and organized. In and out for the most part. Everyone treated my 2 year old so very kindly and made the visit pleasant and easy. Thank you for making this experience so great!

I booked my daughters appointment at the location and was seen within the next 20 minutes. I’d definitely recommend anyone with children going here.

We had an appointment and still had to wait 2 hours before being seen. We went to the bathroom and someone else took their kid into the bathroom and peed all over the seat and just left it a mess. We saw the doctor for about 3 minutes and had to wait again for testing to get done. This is not the first time we have been to a pm pediatrics and had a poor experience.

It’s stressful taking two kids to the dr, especially at night. PM Pediatrics made the experience so much better. The appointment was booked online, and you can also upload all documents like ID and insurance card, which saved a lot of time in the office. The staff including drs and nurses were very friendly. They took my concerns seriously and treated my daughters with care. The facility was clean and spacious and decorated in a welcoming manner. The only complaint was the wait time. As with every office I’ve been to in 41 years, we were seen almost an hour after our scheduled time. I highly recommend this office and I would not hesitate to come here again.

Room didn’t look clean! Especially with all the Covid stuff going on! Took way too long, should of had more Doctors! No one way really friendly! Wasn’t crazy about the Drs care didn’t really seem to know what was going on!

Came in for xray and it took 2 hrs! You think I was at the local ER at that speed. Definitely not urgent at urgent care center
