Great! My become my go to place for my child’s urgent needs. Only issue was linking the appt to an existing Solv account but I think that’s more a solv issue than pm pediatrics

So efficient!! My son was in and out for his Covid test in under a minute.

The nurse that did my daughters Covid-19 test was gentle and very professional. My daughter didn’t cry at all. So that was a plus!

The experience was very good. We were in and out and the staff was very helpful.

It was very easy to make an appointment and take my 3 yo for a covid test. The wait was short, and the physicians assistant was friendly and kind to my daughter. It was easy, and we will come back.

We had a bad experience and our concerns were ignored when asking for my daughter to have a simple X-ray . we are African American and not listened too when we have concerns about our daughter’a health especially being I called again in the parking lot before we left to ask why an X-ray wasn’t performed which is recorded. I’m advocating for my family and I’m not okay with my concerns being hushed and ignored. And I completed the survey of my experience and I was never greeted until like ten minutes to fifteen minutes later after waiting in the front and immediately the front desk lady was on the phone and told me to wait again and then customers were not six feet apart and I was put in danger because the receptionist asked me to move from and area designated for covid and when that happened two woman came out of the door talking over me to the receptionist . They said they didn’t know what was wrong with my daughter and told us to go to an emergency room in Washington DC . I chose to go to Anne Arundel emergency room instead and my daughter was given many tests including the x-ray and as soon as they did the x-ray the doctor saw the problem and was able to prescribe medicine. This was exactly what I asked for at Greenbelt pm pediatrics and was ignored and refused to do. It took four additional hours So we left pm pediatrics at 10pm when they closed and didn’t leave the hospital until 4am we got to bed by 5:30 am and I had work at 6:45am. Thank you Greenbelt pm for not addressing my daughter and my concerns and causing us to loose an extra five hours and more gas money we don’t even have . I am low income and African American so I’m sure they didn’t care about my daughter the gas I struggled to get or my time. The only concern was them wanting to leave by ten pm. Also the doctor told me at pm I don’t think she needs an X-ray even though I’m the mom and that’s what I thought she needed and mom was right . Doctor was wrong and abused my time money and never greeted me and actually they continued to talk over me and on the phone so they seem to be too busy and if you go before closing they could cause you to die from health problems because they don’t want to do there job which was to take one x-ray. If we have insurance we had a right to the X-ray but we were not given one even after I asked. Anne Arundel did a great job. My eight year old and one year old daughter are fine now thanks to Anne Arundel emergency picking up there slack!
