There was nothing wrong with the care. It is about the fact that Solv did not inform me that there was a doctor’s visit required. There was no mention of it while signing up for a simple Covid test. Also no mention that I would be charged for it and had to give a credit card. My family has been testing constantly over the last year and a half and I have never had to give my credit card before.

The staff at this PM Pediatrics is superior. Their attention to detail and bedside manners are always top notch. My 3 year old can be a lot in the middle of his tantrum throwing and the staff has ALWAYS managed to redirect him and provide excellent care to him. I truly appreciative of the front desk gentleman; the medical assistant and the practitioner that attended my son today.

Dr. Srinivasa was very nice and explained everything well, quick visit and negative Covid test for my son thank God. Highly recommend!!!!when your kids are not feeling well, you don’t want to sit with long wait times. Visit was less than an hour!
